When you enter, you make a commitment to the organizer to pay the full entry fee at the telephone entry rate, whether you play in the tournament or not. If you withdraw by e-mail or telephone before 10 pm the night before the tournament, you owe nothing.  If you just No-Show at the tournament, you owe the full entry fee. Thank You.
